Payment Options

• Insurance: We are currently finalizing our contracts. A full list of accepted plans will be available soon. Here are the current accepted insurances:

  1. Medicare

  2. Railroad (RR) Medicare

  3. Anthem Blue Cross California (Prudent Buyer PPO/EPO)

  4. SCAN Health Plan 

  5. CHAMPVA

  6. Aetna (CPPO,CEPO, CHMO, MC, MEPO and MPPO)

• Self-Pay: We welcome patients without health insurance. We accept Cash, Credit, and Debit cards. A processing fee of 3% is charged for credit card transactions. 

HMO Plans

If you have an HMO, you must obtain a referral (authorization) from your primary care doctor before your appointment. HMO plans Accepted:
