Payment Options

• Insurance: We are currently finalizing our contracts. A full list of accepted plans will be available in July 2026.

• Self-Pay: We welcome patients without health insurance. We accept Cash, Credit, and Debit cards. A processing fee of 3% is charged for credit card transactions. 

HMO Plans

If you have an HMO, you must obtain a referral (authorization) from your primary care doctor before your appointment. Common local groups requiring this include:
